  The ideal candidate is comfortable generating prospects to become new clients and maintaining

  relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client’s

  needs and offer an ideal solution, as well as have strong communication skills with a positive

  record of accomplishment of exceeding outlined goals.

  The ideal candidate will posses

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Great people skills with a focus on both internal and external clients

  • Demonstrate passion for setting and achieving revenue goals

  • Strong conceptual and consultative selling skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Oral and Written Skills)

  Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales leads for both stations La Raza 102.3FM/107.1FM and La Mega

  96.5FM/105.1FM

  • Build new and maintain relationships with clients

  • Accountable for consistently delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals

  • Presents sales presentations in partnership with La Raza and La Mega

  • Provides excellent service to station accounts and clients to ensure deliverables are satisfied

  and contracted results are measured.

  • Ability to create proposals and packages that meet client needs

  • Coordinate client promotional fulfillment with La Raza and La Mega support team

  • Manage collections in accordance with company policy

  Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process

  • Must be Fluent in Spanish and English (Oral and Written Skills)
