Job Opening: Digital Account Manager – Full-Time

Davis Broadcasting Inc. is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our high-performing team and take our digital revenue to the next level!
You’ll work directly with the General Sales Manager and Account Executives to generate digital sales revenue across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow digital revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities
- Assist AEs in selling and implementing effective digital ad campaigns
- Lead digital presentations and campaign proposals for clients
- Manage digital execution from start to finish—ensuring quality, timelines, and performance
- Collaborate with radio program directors to develop content that drives engagement and conversions
- Use platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, and more
- Report campaign results, optimize in real-time, and suggest new strategies for better ROI
- Stay ahead of digital trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute digital campaigns and solutions
- Assist in the preparation, creation and delivery of compelling presentations to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in digital media or ad sales with a proven track record
- Working knowledge of digital platforms, campaign strategy, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Google Analytics, and/or WordPress
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation:
- Base Salary/Commission
- Monday–Friday schedule
